The hotel is actually split across two seperate buildings. This isn’t a problem but something that’s not obvious from their website. The room was clean and comfortable. But no tea/coffee, fridge, iron, or air con! Not a problem in October but might be in summer! Functional but certainly no more. Benefit is very close to Hauptbahnhof. If you need a simple but comfortable option, this is it.

Looks like an office building, terrible lobby area, grouchy receptionist, no AC, no coffee machine in the rooms, very basic small rooms! Paid over $250 per night ( I think inflated due to Eurocup) . Should be $50-$75 per night. Definitely won’t go back.

Perfect location to be close to the train station but also very close to all the restaurants and shops. Staff were so kind and patient with us (we spoke 0 German) the entire trip!

The room was nice and spacious and the check-in was quick and smooth. The hotel is very close to the main train station too. Overall, it was a good experience.

Great Choice Close to Centre.
Friendly check in for comfort Double Room. Nice comfortable bed, better than most hotels, pillows are a little fluffy, but very nice sleep overall. Room was very spacous and clean, could do with a light over long mirror as the bathroom mirror was too high for my wife to do her makeup. Would be nice if there was a coffee machine, but for the value not a complaint. An excellent rainfall or wall shower with good temperature and pressure. Good breakfast served on level 1. The rooms are not air conditioned so maybe hot in summer, heating is fine for winter. An easy walk from the train and town centre. Can most definitely recommend this hotel.

A very basic, clean hotel in a convenient location
A well kept small hotel close to all shops and the main train station. Comfortable and clean rooms, however there is no phone or any tea/coffee making station in the room. Overpriced for the fact that it’s a „bed only“ room. Staff was friendly, we did not have breakfast but saw the buffet walking by and it looked very small. A nice hotel but prices should be adjusted.
