Thanks to its central location, you can achieve all of this in no time. The B1 (A40), Dortmund Airport (15 min), U-Bahn stop Voßkuhle U47 (north-south), S-Bahn stop Körne West S4 (east-west) are 700m away. In 10 minutes you can cycle to the Old Market or walk to the lively Kaiserstrasse district with many cafes, restaurants and shops (dm, pharmacies). The house is in a traffic-calmed cul-de-sac.

With us you can just let your mind wander and dream a quiet weekend with a breakfast basket. A folder of ideas is then available for spontaneous tips.

You can expect a quiet bedroom with double bed (180x200) with garden view. A travel cot for small children is available on request. In the living room with comfortable furniture, television and DVD player, two older children or two other adults can sleep on a sofa bed. The bathroom has a shower, bath and hairdryer. Bed linen and towels are there for you.
The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, fridge with freezer and has space for up to six people at the table - perfect for self-catering. Children's chairs for 1-3 years and 3-7 years and ironing board and iron are available.

In addition, a furnished south-west terrace is waiting for you for a nice outdoor breakfast or to relax.

Just perfect!
The apartment is roomy, nicely renovated, and clean. The hosts, Julia and Hauke are so nice and even decorated for Christmas. The location is in a nice neighborhood very close to a kiosk, bakery, and grocery store. Less than 10 minute walk to the U-Bahn and S-Bahn. Having a car is not necessary if arriving by train or plane. Oh, and the bed is really comfortable.

Beautiful, quiet and close to everything.
We recently had the pleasure of staying here for about 1 week. There were 4 of us, 2 adults and 2 children and the place was perfect. Unfortunately we never got to meet Julia and Hauke as they were both on holidays too but their communication was great and there was no problem with the key pick and drop off as they had their wonderful friend Natalie sort it out for us. Their apartment is just as they have described it, it's beautifully done up with everything you need, the street is very quiet and the Edeka and s Bahn are only about a 5 minute walk away. Because it was so warm whilst we were there, we made good use of the bottle shop which was even closer! All I can say is thank you, we had a great time time staying here and we'll most certainly be back.

Lovely short break getaway for the Christmas Market
£25 taxi from airport. A lovely place to stay. Very pretty. Very clean with everything you need. Beautiful coffee and cake shop a minute walk away at the top of the street which saved our life in the snow! A shop that sells alcohol and supermarket also 5min walk. 10 min walk to tube and 10 mins into dortmund. Owners very friendly. And very helpful. Would love to stay again.

Charming apartment, perfect for our family...
A real find. The apartment was super cosy, with plenty of space for us and our two children to be comfortable. Everything was finished to a very high standard. Our hosts could not have been more friendly and welcoming. Good location - about a kilometre into the centre of town, right next to a large park and close to local shops. Would highly recommend and looking forward to a return visit.

All in all, our stay in Dortmund in this apartment was perfect. The apartment is fully furnished, from the TV in the living room to the suite of dishes and silverware in the kitchen. Whether you're staying for one night or a week and a half like us, you won't have to worry about towels or the toiletries in the bathroom, or anything related to the apartment. The landlords do a great job of maintaining and furnishing the apartment Speaking of the landlords, Julia and Hauke are fantastic. They live on the second floor of the building, but did a great job giving us plenty of privacy and were very attentive to anything we needed. None of us speak German, but they speak English fluently. Finally, this apartment is in a very choice location within Dortmund. Walking into the city is a fairly short 20-30 minute walk, but you can also take the nearby subway station which provides 10-15 minute access to the Hauptbanhof. There's a bakery and kiosk down the street for breakfast and late night beer/snacks, and further down the street is a Dursty beverage supplier and an Edeka supermarket. Outside of a pharmacy, everything is within a 5-10 minute walk. All in all, whether you're a foreign tourist to Germany or a German looking for a nice place in Dortmund, this is the nicest place you can find.

Sehr schöne FeWo mit Liebe zum Detail
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Der Check in erfolgte über den Schlüsseltresor. Die Kommunikation war sehr nett. Parken durften wir direkt vor dem Haus. Im Haus war es sehr sauber und gemütlich. Genügend Handtücher sowie viele nette Details in der Wohnung waren vorhanden. Unsere Tochter fand die Spielzeugschublade sehr toll :) Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen, es war ruhig und die Fenster können komplett verdunkelt werden. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt und noch viel mehr :) Die Terrasse ist natürlich auch nochmal ein Highlight. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Angenehme Wohnung
Die Wohnung ist relativ grün, (bis auf kleine Ausnahmen) ruhig und geräumig mit Terrasse. Der Geruch aus dem Abflussrohr wird sicherlich beseitigt, denn der Vermieter kümmert sich gut um die Wohnung. Parken nicht ganz einfach, aber in der Nähe möglich. Das Zentrum ist per Fahrrad gut zu erreichen. Das Fahrrad muss man allerdings mitbringen.

Wir genießen den Aufenthalt im der sehr schönen Ferienwohnung immer wieder sehr! Nicht nur die Gastgeber sind unglaublich hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend, auch die Wohnung ist sehr durchdacht - es fehlt an nichts (und wir reisen mit unserer einjährigen Tochter, da fehlt ja eigentlich immer irgendwann irgendwas). Schöne Herbstwoche in Dortmund
Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war sauber, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt, die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich. Die Lage ist wunderbar ruhig und trotzdem ist man schnell zu Fuß bei einem Supermarkt oder der S-Bahn/ Bus. Vielleicht kommen wir bald einmal wieder.

Tolle Wohnung
Wir waren mit 3 Personen für eine Nacht da. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und erhielten eine gründliche Einweisung. Ganz herzlichen Dank an Julia und Hauke! Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und mehr als perfekt ausgestattet. Besonders das Bett und das Schlafsofa sind hervorragend. Aber auch die übrigen Möbel und das Bad sind hochwertig und zugleich praktisch. Die Aufteilung der Wohnung erlaubt es, das Wohnzimmer mit dem Schlafsofa als zweites Schlafzimmer zu nutzen, da die Küche mit Essplatz als Aufenthaltsraum ausreicht und das Bad vom Flur aus zu erreichen ist – perfekt! Vieles konnten wir bei 1 Übernachtung ohne Mahlzeiten gar nicht nutzen – was wir bedauert haben. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder, auch mal für mehrere Tage!

Sehr geräumige, saubere Unterkunft zum Wohlfühlen
Wir (Mama 32 J., Papa 33 J. und Kind 2 J.) haben unsere "kleine Auszeit" in der Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Schon der Empfang durch die Vermieterin Julia sowie der erste Eindruck der Fewo waren sehr positiv. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, sauber und hatte eine sehr gute Ausstattung. Highlights für unser Kind waren die wippende Holzliege und das Spielzeug. Super war, dass wir das Schlafzimmer (und auch andere Räume) komplett dunkel machen konnten aufgrund der Rolläden (außen). Sowohl das Ehebett, als auch das Reisebett waren sehr bequem und hatten komfortables Bettzeug. Aber auch die Lage war super. Nicht nur die Ruhe, sondern auch das schnelle Erreichen unserer Ziele (Halle 77, PACE Museum, Stadion, Innenstadt) war für uns super. Wir können diese Fewo ausdrücklich weiterempfehlen und freuen uns, dass wir einen so schönen Urlaub hatten. Vielen Dank an Julia und Hauke!

Eine erholsame Auszeit
Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt, fühlten uns gleich wie zu Hause. Die Ferienwohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Besonders die ruhige Lage und die grüne Umgebung hat uns gut gefallen. Die Nähe zur Westfalenhalle und zum Zentrum sind weitere Highlights. Wir würden die Ferienwohnung gerne wieder mieten.
