Had to book a room here due to overbooking from Hurricane Milton evacuees. I didn't have high expectations but this was truly the most unclean hotels I have ever experienced. The staff was very lovely and empathetic towards our experience. Very nice and helpful staff.

We choose do to proximity to the airport. They were revamping the hotel. Which does effect us in any way. Felt bad for lobby hostess, she had some guy (non guest) bugging her for the Wi-Fi.

Wasnt bad but not great
The mattresses are hard and feel like they were cheapest ones that were available. The road is very busy and can be difficult to get onto this also causes a lot of noise for the road side rooms.

With the exception of parking, there is no reson to stay here. The condition od the room is horrible. Only stayed 1 night out of a 3 night reservation. Checked into another hotel next day. I cant post the pictures that I took of the room, but no one have to accept such horrible condirions.

Road Noise
Big problem here with the road noise. It's next to a secondary road, but my room faced it and it seemed like i could hear ever car that drove by. I've stayed in quieter hotels next to busy freeways. Bed was okay, but seemed a bit uneven. TV remote buttons stuck. Bathroom circulation fan needed to be cleaned. Otherwise the room and building seemed good.

Thank you! We stayed during a hurricane, I ended up getting the flu so we extended our stay. My son is autistic and tends to have meltdowns and make loud noises and I was worried the change in environment would be difficult but the staff here was so incredibly kind I just cannot thank everyone enough for making a tough situation so much easier to handle. Thank you thank you from the bottom of our hearts. It would be a privilege to stay here again.

The staff at the check in counter was not very friendly. It felt like they thought it was me who should be thankful to be able to stay here. When they should be thankful we chose this hotel instead of a different one. There is plenty of other hotels in the area I could have went to.
