"My family and I spent 5 nights at the beautiful Sungate Estate. It was as perfect of a stay as I could have asked for. Yani and Marco were extraordinary hosts, they were extremely responsive, helpful, and did not hesitate to recommend us activities and contacts to enjoy the Island of Eleuthera!! The house was a perfect space for us. Plenty of room for 8 people to explore the beach out front, snorkel the crystal clear waters, relax on the sundeck, and truly disconnect from the world.I cannot recommend this property enough for anyone who may be toying with the idea of an Eleuthera getaway.Thanks Yani and Marco!!!"

"We had a great time a group of 10 adults. The house was a great place to relax, sit by the beach or pool and snorkel in the ocean! Great accommodations by the caretaker and property manager! Would love to go back one day "

"We were a like a pair of castaways on a private island -- swimming, reading, napping, cooking, star gazing. Absolute perfection. "

"The property is well cared for and tidy. It's very quiet and relaxing. The studio is very comfortable and the couch is comfortable (that's not always the case in some places). Kitchen is well appointed with everything we needed to make great meals with the local offerings. The lovely, trash free beach is usually vacant so it feels like your own private island.The only thing I wish is that a couple small palms be removed as there is no ocean view at all. There are approximately 200 trees on the property and their absence would not affect the ambiance at all.All in all, a lovely trip and I do recommend this studio."
