"This lovely carriage house is located in the heart of Prospect, an eclectic neighborhood in south Longmont. The carriage house is well-appointed and furnished with everything we needed for our week's stay. Our host communicated everything we needed to know before and during our stay. There are 17 steps from the courtyard up to the entrance which was not a problem for us. A highlight was the neighborhood decorations for Halloween - The entire Prospect area participated. There are restaurants, bakery, and other retain establishments within walking distance. Highly recommend this property for anyone staying in the Boulder/Longmont area. "

"I was disappointed that the maintenance person doesn’t start working on the pool and hot tub earlier in the morning. The temperature of the hot tub was not as hot as it should have been. Two juices were not available this morning. "
