After checking in and getting to our rooms #251 and #252 we were extremely disappointed. The rooms look nothing like anything shown on the website (more zen Polynesian looking) and definitely not something we were looking for. The musty smell in the hallway and the water damage stains on the ceiling and currents in #251. While trying to accept what we were given I went to the front desk and advised them that had I known that those were the rooms that we were going to get I would of never booked that hotel. Johannes at the front desk was very apologetic and said he would rectify it and had us moved to room #320 and #222 which were more like the photos shown on the website. Other than the room situation at the start we were pleased with the hotel. The breakfast was very good each morning. They offer plenty of free parking on the property.

Our accessible room was perfect for us. We had a great view of the courtyard. We enjoyed the complimentary full breakfast that was served in the dining room. The handicap parking was very close to the lift to get up to our room.

We stayed in a Junior Suite which was fabulous. You’d want to be fit for the stairs but if you are it’s well worth it to stay in the old part of the hotel. Restaurant was fabulous too as was the bar food and friendly staff. Thermal suite was great
