The price of the room for a motel was over priced, but it was home coming for the nearby college so they probably jacked up the price.The brace for the hand held shower head was broken, so it just hung. The room was right next to the ice machine and the breakfast so it was noisy in the morning. The bed was very comfortable. It was a last minute decision to attend the home coming, so we had to take what was available.

Room Smelled moldy, to much noise with bikers hanging in the front entrance, house keeping only gave us towles did not fix bed or clean up. T.V. remotes did not work even after another one was given, the breakfast offer was limited no food was left even before time. Shower head was not working properly and tub was not working for a bath..I feel paid to much money for poor quality...

All of the Sofa Beds were “MOLDED & LOTS OF MILDEW” It was so smelly and gross. I told the desk clerk that Mold is deadly. How could I and my children sleep on a “MOLDED BED” I will NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN and I WILL NEVER REFER YOUR HOTEL. P.S. Your customer Service employees at your call center are the “RUDEST PEOPLE” I ever spoke to
