Upon entering, you are immediately welcomed by the modern and open floor plan.  Beautiful LVP wood floors, tall ceilings, a fabulous and fully appointed kitchen, laundry, plus three bedrooms and large garage, complete the main level.  The kitchen is a cook's dream as they’ll enjoy new appliances, plenty of cabinet space, quartz countertops and the massive island which doubles as additional counter seating.  Tall windows let in plenty of light and the kitchen opens up to a dining and living room area, plus a covered deck for al fresco dining.
