Property was fine. I don’t think I’d stay here again the next time I’m in Dover. I was pretty disappointed that they don’t hold bags before check-in, caused a major inconvenience for myself and my party.

All staff were professional and friendly. Very clean comfortable room. Breakfast was ok. I booked about 7 months in advance so I was a little disappointed to find out the indoor pool was no longer there.

Rooms need to be updated no one came to clean or give me fresh towels had to call and ask for them tub is not even handle for water was loose Just not a great overall experience beds were super hard and very uncomfortable.

The management team and all the syptaff are exceptional! The down side was that the hotel is close to the busy highway and if yourroom is on the street side, it's loud most of the night.

The comforter was dirty on arrival but promptly fixed. We have no real issues with any Marriott, but they should not give out handicapped rooms to able-bodied people.

After traveling all day, i was informed my check in is available at 9pm, checked in went up to my room to find out the heat was not working. After informing the person at the front desk, they told me to go back to the cold room and wait 45 min to see if the heat will come on, really, not to offer to get a different room? Poor customer service !!! Wonder how they would feel if they were told to go back to the cold room and wait 45 min after all day traveling. There was no reolution addressed. Shame on so called managers to address an issue.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Fairfield Inn. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable and very accommodating. The walk in shower with shampoo and body wash was a pleasant surprise. The breakfast was plentiful, fresh with something for everyone. Will return on our next trip north.
