Kitchen fully equipped. Beautiful sunsets, plenty of deer/more wildlife sightings. Split level home with living room SmartTV and bonus room SmartTV. Screened in deck and back patio. Find plenty of peace and relaxation. Two charcoal grills. Kentucky Lake Tennessee River. Near the south end of Land Between the Lakes LBL, across from Paris Landing State Park (~10 minutes by boat or ~20 minute drive). EXPLORE Dover history and wildlife reserves. The heart of Paris, TN about 33 minutes drive and Clarksville about 50 minutes drive. This home is near the Kentucky Tennessee border on Kentucky Lake. What A Week!
The only bad part of the trip was leaving! The home and property are exactly as advertised. Very clean, spacious, comfortable house. Although we honestly spent most of our time on the large, partially covered dock swimming, kayaking, fishing, and relaxing. The host (Laurie) makes checking in super easy and is always there to answer questions and lend advice regarding the local area. We definitely plan to return.

Relaxing on the lake
Laurie, the owner, was very easy to communicate with. Answered any questions we had as far as pontoon rental, getting fishing licenses, local restaurants and stores. Even helped set us up with kayak rental. House had easy access to the lake. We could swim right off the swim deck and even park our pontoon at the boat dock. We had a great time swimming, kayaking, and fishing right off the dock! House was very clean and very well stocked. One of the best stocked houses I've ever seen in a rental. Definitely going to stay here again! us up with jayaks

True seclusion
The house was great, even better than the pictures and very comfortable and clean. The kids loved the bunk bed room and had to take a night trying out every single bed in there 😆 We got a couple of sunny days and those were spent on the dock swimming, jumping off the rope swing, fishing and kayaking. It was very peaceful. There were some rainy days and during those we did a lot of reading on the porch and games. The town isn’t too far away but there isn’t a whole lot to do but that was our plan from the get go. So nothing so it worked for us! We saw a TON of different wildlife. Laurie was excellent at communicating throughout the whole process. Thank you for sharing your home!

This property is absolutely beautiful! We had 6 adults and 2 children, and the house was more than large enough! Really liked the house and enjoyed the lake view from the enclosed-in porch. Property was private. The house was equipped with everything especially in the kitchen. The house was clean. We stayed at this beautiful home with our two adult daughters and husbands and our two granddaughters. The back porch was wonderful for family meals! The description is accurate,This place is phenonmal!!!!!! what is posted is what you get. Why I say this are rentals that do not uphold to their postings; especially in the area of cleaning. Which starts the vacation off to a bad start,equalling to dishonesty and unethical practice of the renter. HOWEVER that is not true of this place. It is VERY CLEAN, The owner immediately reached out to us and was warm and inviting in her text, answering questions, and providing all the local activities; stores, to obtaining a fishing license, restaurants, antiques shops, she took out all the work to find these; one less thing to do. This place was exceptional. The house is beautiful and comfortable with plenty of CLEAN towels and bedding. The view and the access to the water from their house makes this place one that you just have to stay at. If you like to fish and love the water and enjoy the wildlife. If you need to get your fix of water; This is the place If you need your share of quiet and inspiration; This is the place This is a gem tucked in the hills and trees of Tennessee. Absolutely LOVED it.

Beautiful home with great views.
The house is beautifully kept and the kitchen is well stocked. It’s situated on the lake with the dock facing west allowing for some truly spectacular sunsets. The house is quite big and would easily accommodate a large family. All the appliances are full-sized, the beds were comfortable, you really couldn’t ask for anything more. The yard is enormous, plenty of room for the kids to run around. The house feels secluded, yet at the same time is only about 20 minutes to the closest grocery store. Lots of wildlife, I haven’t seen that many deer in a long time. The hosts were incredible, they bent over backwards to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. If you are considering this property, don’t hesitate to book. I am looking forward to my next visit.

I can’t say enough great things about this property and Laurie. I booked the property in September and three days before arrival my brother was diagnosed with COVID. Laurie was very understanding about our inability to make the trip. She allowed me to reschedule at a later date as long as the property wasn’t booked a week out. That was very fair and I was grateful. When we arrived, the property did not disappoint. It was clean, well-appointed and exceeded my expectations. Communication with Laurie and her response was exceptional. I highly recommend this property and plan to book it again in the future.
