Welcome to our charming two-story downtown house!

As you step inside, the first floor welcomes you with two comfortable bedrooms, a well-appointed bathroom featuring a walk-in shower, a cozy living room, a formal dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs, you'll find a delightful bedroom with a full-sized bathroom, complete with a charming clawfoot tub and shower combo.

For parking, we currently offer convenient on-street parking and provide a complimentary parking pass for your stay. If you will be bringing more than 2 vehicles an additional parking pass fee will be charged.

Our location is unbeatable, just 5 minutes to the convention center, about 10-minute walk to Old Town, and within easy reach of all the exciting downtown attractions. Additionally, the ABQ Growers Market is just a block away for your enjoyment!

They are withholding their dangerous backyard
The house was very clean and well stocked. Although their didn’t provide a blow dryer We have 2 dogs one of which is a senior. We were here for his appointment with a specialist. I did relay this information to the host. I cannot stress this enough. The backyard was a safety autrocity. Absolutely no rails on the deck. Dogs or kids going out there have no rails. They can easily fall off if excited. No stairs with railings are none existent. The fence had multiple boards missing. The dogs could get out on the busy street. Most importantly, the owners nor the property manager’s didn’t disclose this. One of them said you’re welcome to go out in the front in the front yard. Really??? We could have stayed in a hotel room with the same accommodations
