I was told to go make a res on line so I did, went through Expedia. Then went back to hotel the lady workin front desk couldn’t find my res and said they had no rooms left. So I had to go somewhere else. Expedia charged me 299.00 for a room I didn’t get. And has not refunded me that money. And the hotel staff has not helped me at all to get that money back. Very upset about this .

I had booked 2 separate rooms for my brother and me --when we arrived after 3pm (check-in time was 3pm), we were told that only 1 room was available --and that they would come and get us when another one was available. No one came --so we went down at past 5pm --and they were still scrambling. The other issue was there was a huge page of black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. They also didn't include hand soap in the bathroom and two conditioners w/o shampoo. There were stains on the carpet as well. There was a smell to the room and because the hotel sits by the train tracks, we kept hearing the train whistle constantly. It's like they just put a band-aid on all their issues. This place is in need of a big upgrade. It's gross.

The rooms need a major renovation, the morning breakfast was served warm between 6 AM and 9 AM, the facility was very close to the train station, which was the greatest plus, as well, very close to restaurants downtown and walking distance to the core of the downtown.

The hotel had a musty smell, the floor in check in was very sticky, the clerks were busy on cell phones. The room was just a place to lay your head. Bathroom tub faucet was broken and sink stopper was stuck closed. The rug looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in a very long time. Did not eat breakfast, just didn’t trust it. Not the cleanest place. I asked for corporate # and told clerk about room she said she has no phone #’s And her manager will contact me in morning Was not contacted. However I did see handy man told him the issues and repair was made.

Stay was a good one. Room needs updating, stains on carpet, vanity worn on the front. There is dusty areas in room. There is a hole in the closet door that was taped up. Public areas including the breakfast room seemed a little dirty.

I rarely fill out surveys but this has to be done. The room was terrible. Rug torn,stains and patched. There was an electrical outlet box pulled from the wall behind the bed and potential fire hazard.Bathroom door could not be closed. The moss on the roof outside was another terrible site. All this for only $390 (including tax). I lost my faith in Wyndham properties based on this stay. I'll upload pictures to Google reviews.

No maid service poor service at front desk and at breakfast got one cup of coffee after waiting 10-12 min and coffee ran out and never got second cup. attendant didn't answer/ignored me when I asked for a second cup Premises shabby and doesn't measure up to Marriott standards

If I could put 0 rating I would. Properly in very bad condition. Plus very dirty not clean at all. I would stay away from this property. Plus I pay $380 so I was expected somewhat normal and clean. They offer breakfast and me and my husband got food poisoning.
