We had a great stay at the Aloft in downtown Austin. There were plenty of restaurants close by and a lot of things to do. It was a great central location and we could walk most places.

We had some issues when we first came with pricing and room availability. The gentleman tried to charge us double the amount than the online price, but Bri the manager got involved and resolved the manner quickly and treated us with respect. She went above and beyond to make us comfortable and made sure we were taken care of. She’s a great a manager and problem solver. My overall experience of the place was ok. I still feel the rooms were overpriced and too small, but the food is exceptional and the bar was great too.

Great central location to downtown and Univ of Texas. The covered outdoor patio on the 2nd floor is beautiful and the staff are so nice and very helpful. It was my second time staying at this hotel and I will definitely be staying again.
