The hotel staff was really nice. Only issue is the front door. There is no bellman at this hotel, and it is makes unloading challenging if you have a lot of things. It's downtown, you have to leave your car go get a cart, blah, blah blah. I did find that annoying checking in and out.

Beautiful and clean
I checked in for NYE with some friends and had the best stay. Our room had two queen beds and two bunk beds and so we were all able to stay together. I was even able to bring my dog who had a lot of fun. The lobby and rooms are beautiful and luxurious.

To be honest, I absolutely love this hotel. I stayed here before, but this time the room was a bit dusty, especially in the bedroom. I had a suite. Telephone was dusty TV area was dusty. There was some type of oil substance coming out of the spa tub and also I had someone call the room phone at midnight the person said hello and then hung upI got a bit nervous so I called the front desk asked if she had called my room she said no do you know someone in the hotel? I responded no and she said well I didn’t call you so that entire night I did not feel comfortable the next day. I spoke with someone at the front desk. I asked if they could trace a call to see where the number was from or if they transferred the call. The man proceeded to say no they don’t have that type of technology so this was very unfortunate for my stay.

Upon entering our room, we noticed that we had no hot water. A quick call to the front desk resulted in a prompt response and we were moved in a matter of minutes. The restaurant at the hotel came highly recommended and we enjoyed a wonderful meal. My advice….order the crab cakes!!! Delicious.

So disappointed
Our room was far from acceptable. The sheets were torn. Only one pillow for the fold out bed, no blanket for the fold out. The door would not close unless you lifted it. The was a hole in the closet door that was poorly patched. The shower leaked all over the the bathroom floor. There were plastic cups, which is just unacceptable for a 4 star hotel. And definitely not eco friendly. Overall, our experience was very disappointing and we will not be visiting this location again.
