The only good thing about this hotel was its location. It’s located within the main street and it’s surrounded by a lot of streets and dining options. The hotel itself it’s awful. It’s way to expensive for the quality and property conditions. My room had a lot of areas where the painting was coming off or the wall was cracked. The reception lady that helped me with the check in was awful. I had to wait for more than 45 mins to be able to do check in. The buffet breakfast is ok but definitely not worth the price. I would recommend to stay somewhere else.

Good location
The location is great (right in town) but it also means that it’s quite nosy. Rooms don’t have air cond or fan so we slept with the window open and could hear quite a lot of noise from the street, with earplug it should be fine though. Staff was nice and buffet breakfast was good with plenty to choose from. Our bathroom had a strong smell of sewage (we told reception about it.)

Hotel para hospedagem rápida
O atendimento de todos os funcionários foi excelente, a localização do hotel é perfeita, pois, fica na rua principal de Bariloche e permitia fazer tudo a pé e desde cafés, lanchonetes, restaurantes, aluguéis de roupas, tudo mesmo era de acesso rápido e fácil e isso nos permitiu otimizar muito nosso tempo. Em relação ao quarto ele era MUITO menor do que imaginávamos pelos comentários anteriores, não tinha como abrir a mala e andar, era preciso abrir a mala e ficar sentado na cama e isso achei muito desconfortável, fiquei 3 dias no hotel e apenas em um dia foi perceptível a limpeza no chão e no banheiro, nos outros dias apenas arrumaram a cama e trocaram as toalhas, não era nada SUJO mas não cheirava a limpo rsrs . O café da manhã era OK, nada demais e nada muito BOM. No geral, se voce busca localização, com quartos sem muito conforto e espaço e com preço ok esse é o hotel mas se busca conforto e refeições gostosas acredito que tenha outros hotéis.

Hotel bem localizado, no centro, cama boa. Só peça um pouco na limpeza do chão e no barulho tem um prédio atrás do hotel cheio de adolescentes que chegam em casa de madrugada e começam a gritar nas janelas bem alto, assustando todo mundo.

O hotel tem como seu ponto forte a localização,é realmente perto de tudo,dos melhores restaurantes,das melhores chocolaterias e cafeterias.Unico ponto negativo é o banheiro que o box é pela metade,onde fica caindo água pra fora e não tem lugar pra colocar nada no banheiro.O quarto é pequeno,mas ficamos pouco no hotel,então não atrapalhou! O café da manhã é simples,mas pra nós foi ótimo e o atendimento dos funcionários é ótimo,nada a reclamar!

O hotel é muito bem localizado, café da manhã sem muita variedade , mas atende bem. Tivemos um problema no checkin. A reserva era de um apt quádruplo e não tinham disponível esse apt para o nosso dia de chegada. Conseguiram nos acomodar em um Duplo no hotel e outro duplo no hotel vizinho por uma noite. Depois resolveram esse problema.

Logo na entrada, para o check-in, já não tive uma boa impressão. Fui atendido por uma recepcionista mau-humorada, mas que fez o check-in de forma rápida. Me causou estranheza receber só um cartão-chave para o quarto onde ficariam 4 pessoas e, já na recepção, o controle remoto da TV. Ao entrar no.quarto, começou o desespero. A porta do quarto, em algum momento foi arrombada. O lugar da trava da fechadura no batente era só um buraco e, na porta, onde quebrou por causa do provável arrombamento, os pedaços estavam pregados de maneira completamente improvisada. Daí em diante foi só piora. Banheiro imundo cheio de cabelos e pêlos na pia e dentro do box. O sabonete parecia um sabão em barra cortado. O colchão da cama parecia feito de papelão e metade das poucas lâmpadas nao acendia. Como chegamos tarde da noite, dormimos (se é que podia chamar aquilo de dormir) e, logo no dia seguinte, procuramos outro lugar para ficar. Das 4 noites contratadas, só tivemos coragem de ficar a 1a. 1- primeira noite nos coloram em um quarto que literalmente não cabiam 2 malas grandes abertas. Cama casal encostada na parede, uma das malas abertas nos pés da cama, tinha que passar cima da minha esposa. Reclamamos e nos trocaram para um quarto um pouco maior apto 209 de fundos, pelos cabiam 2 malas abertas e uma mala de mão. Infelizmente hotel ao lado estava um grupo grande jovens que nos 4 dias de estadia fizeram muita festa e jogavam durante a noite madrugada garrafas plásticas de refrigerante em um telhado abaixo metálico que parecia bomba, nao tinha como dormir. cafe da manhã fraco, poucas opções e se repetiam todos os dias. o croissant que é tão bom na Argentina, parecia feito com massa de pão, duro, doces secos que literalmente se repetiam de um dia para outro. Localização ótima, na Rua Mitri - principal. Não recomendo, não foi barato o valor pago mas optamos pela localização mas nos arrependemos. Estávamos em 2 quartos, casal e filhas. Se estiverem de carro, optem pela região dos lagos, que tem ótimos hotéis e bons restaurantes. Nos hospedamos de 27/07 a 01/08. Restaurantes de forma geral lotados com horas de espera. Jantamos no Auto El Fuego Station, excelente em tudo, atendimento, comida, local.
