The property was very convenient and the beds were comfortable! Would definitely recommend it for your stay! Would recommend owner supply more hangers (under 5 for 3 bedrooms) and think about adding hooks particularly in front bedroom (very little storage to unpack bags). The water pressure in hall bath left a lot to be desired. Management company was very responsive to messages. Thank you so much!

This is a wonderful property to celebrate a weekend with friends. The house was super clean and had everything we needed. It was close to King Street and we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The hosts were very communicative and helpful.

Near the College
Great spot close to The College of Charleston. Easy walk to King Street and neighborhood restaurants/bars. Longer walk or Uber ride to the Market and French Quarter. If you want to be in the heart of tourist Charleston this is not the place for you but if you want to get away from that and live like a local it’s perfect!

A great place. We walked a lot! Down to the harbour, Rainbow Row, up and down King Street. Took in Hilton Head, a ghost tour, a food tour, at our of Ft Sumter, a plantation tour and dinner cruise. All within an easy walk or drive from the place.

Cozy, Clean, Convenient are three words that describe this property. My husband and I traveled with our three kids (20, 19, 15 years). The property was spacious without being overwhelming. The property location was walking distance from Kings Street (parking on the property's site!) And most importantly, the space was clean.

Convenient location
We had an awesome stay to celebrate our sister getting married. This location was perfect walking distance to King St and was so conveniently located central to everything. We found out on the first day that Charleston floods so it was a little tricky to get to the house but once the rain stops the water recedes extremely quickly and the water is not high enough to enter the house so we were able to confidently park our cars in the driveway and not worry all weekend! It was the perfect house to relax in and came equip with everything you could need, all while being meticulously cleaned! (A huge plus for me!) We would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous spot close to downtown
We traveled with our daughter and her husband for a graduation trip and stayed at this property. Even with the heat, we were able to walk to downtown shops (15-25 minute walk) and restaurants pretty easily. We also were able to do the 10 minute drive to the aquarium and 25 minute drive to Folly beach for a variety of adventures. The double en suite bedrooms (plus a 3rd bathroom in the hallway) made us all have our own space while at the same time being able to stay together, play games at the kitchen table and relax in front of the living room tv. The location and layout worked very well for our family.

This was the perfect place to stay if you want to enjoy the city of Charleston. The location made so many things walkable and was close to lots of wonderful restaurants. Everything was as described, and the place was spotless and very comfortable.

Wonderful Play to stay in Charleston
The location was amazing. You can easily walk to everything in Charleston. The neighborhood was very nice and near the College of Charleston. Off-street parking for two cars was included and a huge perk. Check-in was as easy as it gets. Just entered the emailed code into the door. The property was very clean and modern. 3 bathrooms and bedrooms and very comfortable furniture. The kitchen was adequate but a little small. Check out was very easy. Just take out trash and start dishwasher. No chore list. Would be my first choice of accommodation it I were to return to Charleston.

We had a great time and the house was perfect for what we needed. Easy to walk everywhere but having parking spots for two cars was very nice. The bedrooms was large and having 3 separate bathrooms is great for adult groups who want their own space.

Walk to King St from pristine property
Four of us enjoyed 3 nights in this newly renovated lower duplex with the added bonus of a parking space. Three nice bathrooms with showers, well supplied kitchen, and generous space for socializing. Very quiet street. We were more than satisfied with the property and access to restaurants and shops.
