Cozy Downtown Modern Condo in the Heart of it all

Welcome to my fully renovated modern condo in the HEART of Cleveland. Make yourself at home in my cozy condo. Located between the East bank of the flats and the Warehouse district. Walking distance to all attractions in Downtown Cleveland. Nightlife, restaurants, Night Clubs, The convention Center, The Quicken Loans arena, Browns Stadium and Cleveland Indians. This condo is equipped with a full kitchen, bed for 2, comfy couch. Additionally there is a blow up mattress for a 4th person.

Gym, laundry room all on the 1st floor which the elevator is needed to get to those locations. Must have key buzzer to get into the rooms. Shared Roof top Access on the 7th floor. The buzzer will need to be with you to get out to the shared community roof top access.

Parking – There are multiple places to park. You can park on the street but be aware of the signs that say when you can and cannot park there. They can change the parking throughout the day so please be careful the police will tow your car. There is a parking lot on the north side of the building as well. You can park there and pay per day. Just follow the directions listed in the front of the parking lot. I believe you can pay on your phone. Sometimes there’s a fella that is working the lot and he will help you just tell him you want to pay per day. There is also another lot around the corner down the hill on the coast line down in the East Bank of the flats if that other lot is full. It is downtown parking and sometimes it can book up quickly so you will just have to find the best lot that works for you. None of them are to bad in price. They range from 5- 10 dollars a day could be more depending on events going on in Cleveland.

Interaction with guests:
You shouldn't ever hear from me. I allow you to enjoy your stay as if the condo was yours. All i ask is take care of it like it was your own.

Great location
We were in town for the marathon. The condo was in the perfect location! It was nice and comfortable and clean. Easy walking distance to the convention center, Rock Hall, the Flats, restaurants, bars, a small grocery store. We’ll stay here again ne t time we visit Cleveland.

Great location-noise could be a factor
Downtown in the heart of it all is definitely a convenience and curse. I am not going to lie-although the directions given are very explanatory, I did miss the entrance a couple of times taking a couple of trips around the block. This area felt safe. Obviously, bars are nearby and I don't know if it is a regular occurance, but there was a "burnout" happening nearby between 2-3 a.m. The only reason I am putting this in my review, is because I would highly recommend earplugs, or my highly respected airpod pros that completely blocked out the outside noise. Small children and animals could have issues.

Great Location
The apartment was exactly as described, the property manager was quick to respond to questions I had. The location of the apartment is perfect for anyone attending a game or touring the hall of fame. We were close to the location we needed to be at every morning and we saved cash staying here instead of a hotel by cooking meals and making our own coffee.

Great little place nestled in the heart of the Cleveland Flats
What a cute little place right in the middle of everything in Downtown Cleveland. Check in was easy, the place was very clean with lots of amenities! Would stay here again. Only complaint,ceiling fan didn’t work and when the heat kicked on it got a tad warm in the Loft. If you’re a light sleeper, it’s right next to the freeway. Other than that everything was perfect. Would stay there again!

Short Weekend Getaway
My boyfriend and I just stayed here this past weekend and we had a great experience. We started the weekend with going to the Rock n Roll Hall of Fame (which is about a 10 minute drive from the apartment), checked in, hung out, and then walked to the Flats in the evening. It was very simple to get the key and the parking was located right to the side of the main entrance. If you are visiting, my boyfriend and I recommend grabbing dinner at Collision Bend Brewery, walking around to the pop up bar, and then ending the evening at Good Night John Boy (all located in the flats). We also walked to get breakfast at 27 Club Coffee (which is about a two block walk) and drove about ten minutes to see the Christmas Story house. I will be looking into staying here again this summer for another weekend getaway.

My friend and I booked this stay for a night out in town. We really enjoyed our stay - it is in a great location! There was a parking lot right next to the building and our check-in instructions were super detailed. The layout is a loft, there is a queen bed upstairs and a bathroom. Downstairs has a couch, TV, a small dining table, and the kitchen. It was a good amount of space for the 2 of us. Would stay here again!

In Town For Play
This place was very clean and cozy. It was small, but plenty big enough. We arrived late in the night and the neighborhood, especially parking, seemed a bit sketchy. However, it was just our perception. Once daylight hit, we found the neighborhood wasn't anything like we thought. Description of the parking, the lock, and the place was excellent. We had to work one day during our stay and found the kitchen chairs tried to dump you out (very cheap). Bed was comfortable. We would stay there again.

Safe and clean area
Arrived late Sunday night, owners instructions were very clear and precise on how to get in. The condo was very clean, one caveat is of course not the fault of the owner due to fruit flies (will be mitigated by the building manager *discussed myself), air conditioning filter needed to be changed and the owner was quick to resolve with next morning swap. I do recommend, as it’s walking distance to some restaurants and a short Uber ride to Town Hall if you’re celiac like myself. I strongly recommend, as my inconveniences were not indicative of how it would be year round or even after I had left.

A little dirty and alot of noise
The place was older and not very clean. Garbage in hallways plus very smelly. Hallways are tricky if you have luggage as there are stairs to the different units off the elevator. The apartment itself was nice enough but dirty. Heart dropped as area rugs in hallway were very dirty and there were alot of fruit flies and a few silver fish. That comes from lack of general upkeep. The real struggle i had was the apartment is next to the freeway ramp so you have cars, reving on a Friday night and we were awakening by a major crash at 2:30 am. With fire engines etc. Not the apartments fault but comes with location.

I went to see The Dodgers Vs Cleveland. It was what I needed. Close enough to the stadium and Rock n Roll HOF. Browns and Cavs are also close. Also close to Jack's Casino. You can take train or Uber from airport. Lock to open Conso door is a little tricky but other than that it was great
