Overall, it was a nice stay. Staff was great! Beautiful and clean hotel. However, there is no free parking or WiFi. The room does not have a microwave or mini fridge. It was still a great stay.

The property was absolutely beautiful! It’s an older building so it has great charm. The room was spacious and had a great view. The staff were friendly and attentive. The only complaint I had was the water pressure in my room was subpar. I would stay here again!

This was truly a lovely luxurious property excellent value for the money the part of downtown Dallas it doesn’t have a lot going on, but it’s close to the museum close to the Kennedy Memorial. Very cool.

Very old, not well maintained at all. Elevator doors closed on me, no sensor very shaky! Overall the rooms were clean but you would never tell that’s a fairmont! I called a week ahead and requested that my group,3 rooms, be next to each other and the person helping me confirmed she moved us all to 6th floor, 2 rooms next to each the third same floor. I arrived at check in and the front desk says not anymore and there is nothing I can do for you ! They charged me an extra night by mistake!! Had to go through a full conversation on that and still not refunded yet!

Outstanding dining and lounge staff. Desk completely dropped the ball on me. I made reservations for 10 and was told they couldn't find them, then they did, but it took 24 hours for them to upload the data! I brought my entire company down and it was a hassle for each and everyone of them to check in. Reservations say King bed and they put one of my guys in a room with 2 twins. No one was happy. AND they charge you daily for internet. We will find a different hotel next time we come to Dallas.
