The staff were great! The room we stayed in seemed really nice at first but you quickly realize the room was dated. The shower had one temperature, HOT, which my wife didn’t mind. The bed was very firm! I probably wouldn’t stay here again, but mainly because of the bed. Also the room is not quiet, the road noise is crazy all into the night. City life I guess.

Do not stay here!
Pool heater was broken water was ice cold. Fan in bathroom was broken. Bed was hard and lumpy. View from 18th floor was terrible. Parking is $50+ per night and was not disclosed prior to making reservation. Lots of homeless people around the hotel.

First there had been some sort of incident and there were loud fans and tarp down on our floor and workers present most of the time that we had to weave around when entering and exiting the room. Second, as we were unpacking we heard the door open and another couple walked in. They had just checked in and were given our room and keys that worked. Very scary experience.

It is not the hotels fault but there are a lot of homeless around the hotel at night. My shower never seemed to get above "lukewarm" in the mornings, odd.

Amazing experience. Everyone here makes you feel like you’re at home. they are constantly checking in with you making sure that you are comfortable and have everything you need. They also go above and beyond to have things for their guests to do within the property and also provide advice and transportation to activities off the hotel property, I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area.

Parking: Valet parking can be paid for through a website, and you can request your car in advance via the website when you need. There is also public parking available nearby. Breakfast: The hotel's breakfast is pretty good, with the hot breakfast section rotating. You can also make Texas shaped pancakes, and the pancake batter comes in two flavors each day. Service and Nearby: The hotel's cleanliness is good, with housekeeping service every other day. The hotel front desk sells some snacks and basic toiletries. There's also a Starbucks on the first floor. Plenty of restaurants nearby and convenient to get around. The downside is that the bathroom lacks ventilation. The shower controls in the bathroom are not very intuitive, and it's unclear how to properly turn them off.

The day we arrived there was an active shooter in the building next door and there was chaos throughout. This has nothing to do with the hotel itself but the surrounding area. I noticed also a large homeless population around the area as well. Other than that the hotel was great.
