Bathroom was full of mold. No ventilation creating a lot of condensation on walls, shower curtain and floors. Room very dark, entryway ceiling light fixture broken and cover missing. Keycard reader to get into room missing cover. Overall complete lack of attention to detail and poorly maintained room. Pool was the best part of our visit.

The Dallas Omni is a great property, convenient to downtown Dallas with lots of amenities. The seven onsite restaurants are wonderful. We ate at three and the service and food were all excellent. We also liked having the option to have a car and driver, (Alex was terrific) take us to a local farmer's market. It is a busy hotel, being adjacent to the convention center, but we always felt welcomed and special. The elevators are fast! That was impressive. Everywhere we went, the staff were wonderful. We recommend the Omni if your travels take you to Dallas.
