Rooms are dirty. There were stains in sheets. Bugs. Renovated but dirty. Our room had mold. We were only there for a weekend so I guess not too bad for a quick stay. But I will definitely not stay here again.

Everything was very nice. The only thing I would say needs help is the hair dry, you might want to bring your own if you actually want your hair dried and the shower head the pressure was very low. Other than that great for what we needed

Upon arrival staff was very welcoming. Nice. Check in was a breeze. 1st sign of trouble, card would not allow access to rear door. Besides the uncomfortable bed, mold in ceiling of bathroom, water coming from ac unit that didnt cool worth a crap. Dust on headboard and throughout the unit. Rusted shower rod and lamps. They need a total refurb. And after paying $400 for one night in that place, ill never stay at that place again. I do not recommend!!!!

The property was great for the price and the location was good. The only complaint I have is that we sent our washcloths and towels down and they weee never returned. I called and they hadn’t been washed. The overnight staff was doing the laundry. Maybe the housekeeper had an emergency but they should have informed the guests of the situation. We used pool towels and did not ask again because i didn’t want to overwhelm the night clerk the next day. She was very courteous.

Smell of urine immediately when you exit the elevators. Rust on different items inside of the rooms. Dirty linens and absolutely no customer service skills. Also after they charge you the amount of the stay afterwards they charge you another $5 per day (non refundable). With all that revenue coming in you would think they would take better care of the hotel. Would not recommend.
