Patrick was awesome! Our reservation was confirmed but the room we booked was not available. He called us and told us we could get our money back or he could upgrade us to a suite. We chose the upgrade. We were on an anniversary trip. The room and the service was awesome! Location of the hotel is great. Will stay here again.

Maintenance was great! Really nice guys. I did not like the fact I had to clean the AC filters, they were absolutely gross with thick caked on crap! Check your filters so you aren’t breathing in dirty air. No option to attach photo. Other than that, everything was great. BOLO at 7 pm to see the bear walking along the property.

A little disappointed that we would have a balcony that is behind a brick wall on first floor when the site said Mountain View. I also asked for an upper floor in the comment section and the front desk said they don’t look at the comments/requests and wouldn’t change our room. Around 5am I could hear pecking sounds in the wall and couldn’t go back to sleep. But our room was clean.
