"My stay here was wonderful! The staff was so helpful. It’s located about 2 blocks from the beach. They have a night guard all night so I felt very safe coming back late. My only issue was that I was not charged when I booked. The receptionist explained that Expedia customers have to pay upon arrival. I booked months ago so I’d forgotten. When I go to pay, their exchange rate is $15 pesos when the exchange rate was going for $20 pesos. I will be prepared next time. Other than that, wonderful experience and would definitely return! "

"We used the buffet a lot. The food options were diverse and changed every time. The food was very savorous. There were plenty of drinking options included with the all-inclusive. The staff was very kind. The room was cleant every morning. The hotel is two minutes away from the beach. We definitely advise this hotel. That’d be great that Expedia proposes a package including the transfer from the airport to the hotel (taxi to Chiquilá, ferry from Chiquilá to Holbox, and taxi from Chiquilá’s port to the hotel) to make travellers’ life even easier."
