Very good location, very clean and nice amenities and room design/features. Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Good food and service in 205 bar/restaurant on top floor of hotel. Nice happy hour snacks. Will gladly stay there when visiting Tuscaloosa!

Stayed here multiple times. Tends to be our go to when in T Town. Facility is good Staff is good however understaffed. Breakfast is basic Hilton fare. 205 (Restuarant) on 6 floor nice place to relax. Food is standard bar fare.

This was the second time I have stayed at this hotel and the staff was awesome both times. Everything is clean and nice. Wish the rooftop bar would stay open later on the weekend.

We were not able to come after my child became very sick. We called the hotel to let them know and asked if we could just change our dates. I didn’t even ask for a refund, just to change weekends. Instead of talking to us the staff member repeatedly hung up on us and the would just put on hold. She even hung up on the hotels.com employee that was trying to help me out. Very unprofessional. I’ve stayed in hotels all over the world and this is the rudest staff over ever experienced. Next time we come to Tuscaloosa we will be staying at another hotel.
