This motel is close to jeju intercity bus terminal, the room and bathroom is quite big. However when we arrived, the front glass door was password locked and really couldn't be opened, we could see no one inside, so we yelled annyeong haseyo and pressed emergency button many times since it's winter we couldn't stay outside with big luggages too long, but still no one showed up. While we just started to try some code on the lock to trigger possible alarm there, suddenly the receptionist came and accused us many times not to press emergency button to call them, i think he should have checked their cctv what we had done outside in winter and how we were confused what an accomodation that abandoned its customers out in the winter. When we checked out, there was also nobody in the reception desk. I guess this is a good motel with the receptionist not a korean and able to speak english, but he just need to check the truth before accusing the motel customer. It's not korean typical to accuse random things on people, especially the hotel customer, indeed he is not a korean
