Spent 208 dollars to stay in a very unsafe area in a tiny overpriced room… Went looking fir a coffee this morning and saw men in flack gear on the street and no other activity or coffee places other than a homeless food serving place…if you’re looking for a boutique hotel experience- I’d look for an indigo..

Excellent location and a very nice stay
Excellent location, loved the quirky blue penguins that moved around. Very convenient to the light rail, the library stop was just a few blocks away. The restaurant downstairs was very good as well.

We had a little snag with our room and the AC. I called down to simply get a fan and got the amazing attendant, Ashlyn, possibly Ashley. She was so thoughtful and willing to do whatever we asked. She brought up a fan and we were good to go. Well, the fan broke and I called again. Just crazy circumstances. Anyway, she moved us to a new amazing room!! We were in heaven! Such an amazing staff and services. We will be back and we loved our stay!

We were a group of 4 on a girls trip...yes our room was messy with our personal items and drinks for the weekend...we did not expect them to clean our room....but they never gave us fresh towels and never took our garbage. Also we found a dirty sock, an empty drink bottle and a dipping sauce in our room when we arrived. Also, you cannot leave your curtens open or people in the hallway can see you on the toilet due to building design. Cool building, convenient area, but overall terrible.

This is a beautiful historic hotel. Wonderful art gallery is an added benefit, as Is the delicious Savoy restaurant. My husband has waited 50 years to have dinner at the Savoy! Many thanks to the folks involved in this restoration.

We spent the first two nights HOT as we thought the AC wasn’t working. Turns out, they have to come in and manually do magic to make the room cool down. We didn’t get our room serviced after the first night and had to ask for towels so we could shower. The staff are incredible and the hotel bar was awesome! Also appreciated the parking garage across the street.

Wonderful location, friendly staff, and beautiful art. My room was HUGE, and very clean. My only complaint is the AC hadn't been turned on when I arrived so initially it was very hot, but it cooled dpwn reasonably fast.
