The hotel is perfectly.located in the center of La Paz and ypu can walk to everything. People at the reception were very helpful at many occasions. The rooms are a bit noisy but I guess it's the price to pay to be in town. Breakfast is okay but not in par with the rest of the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel for your stay in La Paz.

great hotel and great service
the hotel is great. very nice central location and great service. and very good breakfast options. the bad things about it: Carpet in the rooms ..... not a fan and the carpet looks old too. strong gas smell at times (i learned it's what they use to chase the flies away)

We were given a corner room and arrived after dark. The view was spectacular or the Plaza San Francisco and all of the buildings on the hill. We used the pool and sauna which was very nice. The location of the hotel is in the old part of town. We also used the cable cars to travel around and saw both the old and new parts of town.

Great Central Location
A very central location. One side of the hotel overlooks Plaza San Francisco and the hills of the city behind which makes for a nice view from the higher floors. My room had this great view but it did mean it was a bit noisy at night (cars beeping and dogs barking). The staff are very attentive and helpful. The internet was of the usual standard found in Bolivia, so have patience with it.
