All good except the parking. You would think that for $60 per day, it wouldn’t take 22 minutes to get my car from the valet. The third party parking seemed disarganized and understaffed. I would have given the property all 5s, but tha valet experience left me with a bad taste.

Nice hotel with awesome views! Not necessarily kid friendly but would definitely come back without kids to explore the night scene on floor 8. Staff was awesome helping us get an early check in and late check out.

We were put that had no AC. Requested a refrigerator and it was dirty! It had a nice view but the room was also too tiny. It was hard to move around.

Moxy is cool but...
The outlets and USB ports did not work for either room (2). Toilet down in first room. Upgraded to 29th floor. No refrigerator-rooms very small-no closet space or formal desk. Great view-customer Service was great. Level 8 was fun. Could use a bit more diversity by playing RNB, POP and a bit more hip hop.

We experienced electrical issues that really put a damper on my stay. They provide earplugs in the stash closet and for good reason, it can get pretty loud on the weekends. If you're sensitive to that, you will not enjoy your stay if near the pool. The views from my room were great.
