Staff was amazing. Super helpful and friendly. The DTLA Area isn’t too “Pretty” but felt safe walking the streets in the surrounding area late at night. There’s a few places to eat and a ton more about 5-10 blocks away. So if you’re searching for food just do your homework. Other than that i would return. Great price

The hotel staff and customer service was okay but the location was great for where we had to be. There was noise at all times, as expected being in a busy area. Our room did have a slight smell of cigarettes, but wasn’t something that was too overwhelming.

The property itself was clean and in good condition. The staff was friendly and helpful. We didn't stay long because we just needed an overnight spot to be close to some activities we planned in Los Angeles. So the proximity to LA activities is good also. However, the neighborhood itself does not seem like a safe place to be because of the homeless that are loitering around outside. I knew I would be dropping off and picking up my wife and kids off at the front door so I was ok with the location but I would not feel comfortable walking with my family for a few blocks in any direction. This can be planned around but one should be aware that there is no parking so you will have to walk to a parking structure nearby. The one across the street is $15 cash only, for each entry. If you leave it overnight it will be another $15 to exit.

2 night stay. Could not sleep the whole nights. People outside fighting, yelling, music playing extremely loud, very unsafe area with homeless all over. This place was way over priced and I wish I can get my money back! No room service either for a two night stay you would think they would come clean and give new bedding and towels. Very disappointing!

No security! The hotel Was like a club. I was to scared to open the door, but people yelling and music playing loud until 4am! Swore I heard gunshots. Would have been a nice place if not for the area. BE AWARE!!!!

The hotel itself was amazing. My friends and I had a great stay and the concierge was really nice and helpful. But BEWARE! The area around this hotel felt very unsafe and was unsanitary. The parking most of all was atrocious, that word doesn’t even describe how bad it was. We had to pay $15 every time we decided to leave and an extra $15 when we stayed past 6am. The parking lot was so dingy and sketchy. Definitely not for sole female travelers. My friends and I had to check every corner before we went up the stairs. At some point we had to take the stairs instead of an elevator because there was a group of sketchy men in the alleyway that lead to the elevator. Other than that, the room was great! Staff were amazing. Would not go again though, respectfully!

Our room was amazing. Modern, simple, and clean. Color scheme was great as well. Amenities in room convient as well. Fridge, stove, storage, etc. Would stay again.
