Everything was perfect! My husband had arranged for the room to be set up for Valentine’s Day and the staff went over and beyond! The bar tender was so nice and the drinks were top tier. We will definitely be back soon!

This hotel is in the heart of downtown, right by the Lorraine Motel and a block from an independent juice bar and bookstore, plus a couple of minutes' stroll from the Mississippi. Stylish, comfortable interior and great bar/communal area.

Cool room! Reminded me of a NYC flat apartment. Very clean. Staff was super nice! Absolutely no issues. We were in Memphis for a dance competition at the Renasant Convention center and this hotel was easy to navigate to/from the convention center.

The staff is always wonderful - so polite, so fun. The night time valet sucked but the daytime guy was super sweet and always had our car waiting downstairs, on time. The room itself was spotless clean and beautifully decorated. This will always be my go to hotel when visiting family in Memphis.
