The apartment itself is immaculate. It’s a beautiful apartment. I was suprised! The only thing I will say is I had to wash the sheets to the 2nd bedroom bed because I’m pretty sure housecleaning did not change them, due to residue on them. Having to do that on the first night with tired kiddos waiting to go to bed was not ideal. The master bedroom bed was itchy. Which is never a good thing when staying in hotels or air b n bs. The property owner needs to look into that. Besides that the apartment itself is very fancy I was shocked how beautiful it was.

I had to go by brand new sheets to lay down because the sheets had spots in it in the master bedroom. The covers had cookie crust on it like someone was eating on top of the blankets and they didn’t wash them. I submitted pictures, but still did not get accommodated.

This condo exceeded our expectations. It was big and beautiful. We addressed a couple of things with our contact person and they had a maintenance guy at the condo almost immediately. The building security is next level and the added bonus of a Starbucks and another cafe brought this condo to the next level for us. We will definitely be back.

Bathroom was a little dated, and an unexpected guest came pass our balcony. Men working outside our balcony, which was kind of hilarious. Overall, it was a great stay!

This is so far the best place! The location is so convenient and Nate from the COZY is so nice and kind. The place literally looks no difference from my friend’s room in Double tree. I will definitely stay here again if I’m coming back to Miami.

Where do I start The condo itself was nice good large balcony. View was amazing, but this owner should be ashamed! Mold all in the bathroom ceiling and water was dripping from it. The tile in the shower was dirty they only gave us 1 face towel and 3 big towels. The tub knob was broke also the knob to the living room balcony. These are privately owned so when we went to the front desk it was nothing they could do as far as changing the room. We basically was stuck staying in a molded unit. I took pictures of everything and if I could upload I would.
