Area downtown has gotten real sketchy. Hotel is very nice inside, enjoyed the restaurant food. No room service to clean during stay. Beds weren’t very comfortable and pillows were horrible.

We stayed at the Hyatt Regenecy this past weekend for one night. Anita was who greeted us at the lobby. She was great, going above and beyond by ensuring we had the most comfortable room. Our checking in process was one of the best Ive ever had. The hotel was nice and amenties great.

Getting a 9am knock on the door from housekeeping was a little annoying when we were only there for one night and would be checking out at 11. They could be heard knocking on doors up and down the hallway so it was hard to tell they were even at our door until it started to open.
