Their parking lot was full. We had to walk 10 min to our parking spot. Not terrible but we didn’t have in and out privileges in the public lot so we had to walk to the lot when we checked out. Would have been nice if they told us ahead of time. Place is a bit run down. Otherwise the place is ok.

I arrived late night from Europe and was exhausted. Big bed and apartment layout were ideal for 3 nights stay. My only complaint is breakfast buffet was a mob scene. Toaster line and coffee running out were a bit annoying. Very crowded.

Absolutely fantastic. The staff were so friendly and informative. They took the time to tell us how to walk where we needed to go. I was nervous coming to Montréal knowing such little french, but the staff were phenominal and friendly to us. Answered all my questions with ease. The room is big and specious, the bathroom had ample amount of space for 2 teen girls to get ready for a concert. I would deff come back here.

A bit run down with water stains and stains all over the carpet. Overlooked because of the price and location. Friendly staff. Breakfast was constantly well stocked although the peeled, hard boiled eggs that people were handling with their bare hands was disgusting.

The staff were all great. Friendly and knowledgeable. Great location, although if you go to a show be careful when coming back after midnight because the guys hanging around Saint Catherine aren’t nice nor polite. Hotel policy is what is not that good asking for money if you want to check in 1 hour early, however Roberto upgrade my room without even asking. That’s great customer service.

When I got here there was no available parking and I had to drive around and found none. I was then given a park in the hotel after that. The place needs some updating.
