I recently stayed at this hotel for 5 nights, and unfortunately, my experience was not as expected. While the room was clean on the second day of my stay, it wasn't cleaned again until I requested it on the fourth day. Despite my request at the front desk, no one came to clean the room, which was disappointing. Additionally, I could hear a lot of noise from outside my room, which affected my comfort. The lack of proper curtains was another issue; there was inadequate coverage for the windows, which made it difficult to block out light and maintain privacy. Overall, the service and room conditions did not meet my expectations for the price.

I found a few roaches during my stay which made it awkward. I had to continue checking that my clothes, luggage and suitcases weren’t hiding any baby ones. Also there was big brown stain on the bed linen. The room size overall was great but cleaning needs to be a focus in order for me to consider staying at the hotel again.

Entire space very clean. Gym availability. Locks for car provided. Please tell new guests that parking is on P-2 or P-3. We unloaded everything on P1 & needed to repack & move car. Not terrible but would have been helpful to know. A wonderful stay in Montreal! Thank you!

Only stayed one evening. Check in no problem. However the initial room they gave us faced directly to the elevator, and the room itself seemed dated. The phone did not work and also didn't look liked it was cleaned well. I went back to front desk to ask for another room and luckily they had another double bed room left, albeit on the lower level. The 2nd room was much nicer - bathroom was newly renovated with a rain shower and a handheld. The bathroom door was a sliding door though, with very large gaps so lack of privacy there. But I was with family there's no such thing as privacy anyways. Because it was on a lower level, the noise from the street was loud but it wasn't that bad. You could just tell it was a party on the street. The parking was fine going in, but trying to get out was a struggle as the machine wasn't working and each car had to buzz the front desk to open the gate. There was quite the back up of cars waiting to leave the parkade. Took longer than it should've. Overall it was a good hotel, as long as you get the newer rooms.
