Our stay here was great. The Staff at the front desk were friendly and accommodating. The location was great also, not to mention safe and secure parking. The suite was good as well. I would definitely recommend.

The staff were very attentive and friendly. It was convenient and easy to drive too. Walking distance to shopping, dinning, Metro, or other modes of transportation. I felt safe and could park on grounds for a fee. But worth it, not having to worry about my vehicle. Definitely would stay there again! I would rate 4 stars out of 5.

About a 25 minute walk to the shopping center, easy parking options, very friendly and helpful staff. The only hiccup was we tried ordering room service from a restaurant but they never called us back to confirm our order. It was fine though, we managed to grab some stuff to eat from the boutique in the lobby. Will definitely be back!

This is the second visit to Le Nouvel hotel in Montreal. We were very disappointed with our experience. However grateful for the upgrade, as we are VIP clients, the hotel chose to put in a room on the condo side and one of the residents on that floor smokes weed at all times of the night. Our room smelt so bad. We couldn’t sleep! When we approached the front desk and told them of the issue they confirmed they knew about this problem. My question is why would you put a paying customer there if you know the problem! Such a disgrace!

Decent hotel, upgraded property, clean, large rooms!! Parking spaces are tiny but the good thing it is underground. They have good security protocols as well which is a plus. The store downstairs was only open after dinner time and the restaurant closed early one evening. Gym had older rickety equipment, not sure how the pool was didn’t use it. Walkable and right off of Rene Levesque!

Great hotel in a great location
I am originally from Montreal and almost always stay here when I am visiting my family because the location is phenomenal and the staff are all so nice there. This trip was a quick overnight - I got in super late and loved the room that I got (I think an upgrade). Very quiet and nice comfy bed. The only thing that wasn't the usual perfection was that I spotted a number of stray hairs - in the bed, on the towels, in the bathroom. The room itself was clean, so I wasn't worried about that and honestly it was the first time in 20+ stays there that the rooom wasn't *perfect*. I'm only mentioning it in case they get similar feedback from other visitors - then they can do something about it! :) The only thing I don't like here is that the elevators in the main hotel are ridiculously inadequate for the number of rooms they serve. Always packed or you have to wait ages to get one. I'll definitely stay there again... in fact will be doing so in 3 weeks!! I'd recommend this place in a heartbeat.
