It was a great family room. The room was big enough for the four of us. And it was not far from all the main boardwalk and the beach was right there.

The pool area of this hotel is very nice. There is an option of several different pool areas. There is ample amount of chaise lounge chairs and the area is maintained. There is easy and quick access to the beach and the beach area is also clean. Bring your own towels for the pool area as the ones provided are like sandpaper and worn thin. The room was very disappointing. The refrigerator had dirt and rust all over it. The bathroom door sticks and several times we were locked into the bathroom and needed another person to open it from the outside. The bathroom had old fixtures and the tub and floor area of the bathroom looked moldy. The pillows are very thin and are sure to give you a stiff neck. The furniture of the condo is old and dated. The pullout Murphy bed had clean bedding but the base and space around it was dirty, looked like it had never been cleaned. The lamp in the living room was broken and didn't light. Two of the electric outlets were not working. We called the main desk and they sent someone to the room within minutes. The worker said that the dirt on the refrigerator was rust and because the refrigerator was old it couldn't be cleaned. We asked for additional towels and were immediately provided extras.

The room we were in was outdated and in rough shape. The ceiling in the bedroom started peeling our 2nd day snd falling on the bed. We told the front desk. Maintenance came up and said it would get worse (which it did). He would tell the front desk to get us another room. We would hear from them shortly. Never did. We took photos every day. Property in general needs a refresh. Would not go there again.

I had an issue with lots of gnat looking bugs flying around in our room due to walking out onto the private balcony for a quick minute. I went downstairs to let the staff know and they sent Maintenence to check it out. He was extremely kind and helpful. Both him and the other staff members immediately got us into a new room and he made sure to check it first for us. I give this place 10/10 considering how they handled the situation with care and promptness. Awesome staff, clean rooms, a/c worked GREAT, and the view was beautiful. Easy check in and check out. I would DEFINITELY stay here again!!
