Plain, dusty decor, extremely noisy traffic, paper thin walls and rude employees left us wishing we hadn't booked there. The vending machines and front desk had no water for guest. We were forced to go find a gas station for water and snacks. The fire alarm was pulled in the middle of the night and when the fire trucks arrived full siren they took an hour to clear. Worst Nashville experience ever.

Overall, I felt like we were in a college dorm more than a hotel. Mattress was soft and uncomfortable, TV setup was poor and although walkable to many sites, it was a long walk. Nashville is a great place but I would recommend something a little more centrally located.

Only after checking into our unit did I take time to read the negative reviews. Our unit was simply awful. Needs to be gutted and redone. Nothing like the pictures at all. Not clean, mold everywhere in the bathroom, and a single drop of water stained surfaces in both the bathroom and kitchen. Streak marks on every glass surface making it difficult to use the bathroom mirrors. Additionally, whoever was above us on the 4th floor sounded like a 400 pound gorilla doing laps from 6:45 in the morning until past midnight. Only positive for us was the location.

Great size room, with a full kitchen and some nice little extras (like kitchen roll/dishwasher liquid etc.) but best to go to the hotel expecting 3 star accommodation, rather than 4 star and you won’t be disappointed. Staff were very friendly and nice to have a lounge/pool. Location isn’t far from downtown, walkable and the area felt safe. A little annoying that the TV was only streaming and no standard TV access, nice to look at the local news which isn’t possible.

Nice stay during our long weekend in Nashville
We enjoyed our stay. Great location. Place was nice and clean and served our needs. The keypads to get into the elevator, rooms and common areas gave us some troubles but after a few tries it worked. We would stay there again.

Apparently the air conditioning was out so they changed my room to a single bed and brought in a rollaway bed with no sheets no blankets no pillows. The room didn’t have enough towels. The vending machine was empty so I had no water to take my morning medicine
