I had no wi fi service in my room for tv or to work. I had maintenance come up 3 times and finally said there was nothing they could do. They gave me no solutions of refunds but i had to go to another hotel the final day

No late check out on a Sunday, even with vip access and offer to pay. Room had clump of hair in shower-rugs dirty-just kind of tired appearance. Coffee maker didn’t work. Cheap blinds. Weak water pressure, shower in a bathtub. Would have preferred card access to elevator/room instead of six digit code. The location is perfect-no hills to climb from Broadway.There was some noise at night-sirens/cars. We were on the 11th floor.

Absolutely wonderful! Gentleman in the lobby was very helpful and friendly. Room was quiet, big, perfectly decorated and the view unmatched!! We could see Bridgestone Arena and the river. Plenty of food choices and entertainment in walking distance.

The stay was amazing! The view was insanely beautiful as well. Only complaint was the like to exit the garage took about 20 Minutes due to the gate not opening. Other than that it was a lovely stay!

We stayed here as it’s so close to Bridgestone Arena and will be back. We booked a Studio and were shocked to walk into an amazing 2 bedroom apartment with a balcony. Such a sweet surprise! Check in is all done online and you’re given a code which allows you into the building and your room. The apartment is so spacious and we will be back soon!
