Don’t stay here

Part of the reason we chose this hotel was because of the safety features it offered- secure parking and access code to enter the building. The secured parking gate was not functioning so it was tired up and open with a ratchet strap leaving it wide open for a car carrying four people who broke into at least 10 vehicles. Windows were shattered and many of us had property stole. Then the secure door to the building that you needed an access code to enter with never latched and anyone could walk right in. We address the issue with the front desk and unfortunately the manager wasn’t in but she would call or email us. Well it’s been over a week and NO ONE has returned any of our calls. We have called approximately 6 times and silence.

The fourth floor smelled like dog piss and dog poo. The room didn’t smell. But the a/c was broken and couldn’t be fixed. Front desk was as helpful as they could be.

Our room and view was lovely. Clean and comfortable and location was walkable to most anything. The only negative I have is the property is insane to navigate the first time. Wandered all over halls looking for a lobby. Most everything is by kiosk so forget asking for assistance.

The hotels location was good, it was an easy walk to broadway. The room was spacious. However our first room we checked into smelled like fish and the kitchen was very dirty. When we got our second room the carpet had stains and there were two random holes on the doors. The water pressure was horrible in the shower. The carpet in the hallway also had several very noticeable stains.

A Cautionary Stay – Glitches, No Support, and Safety Concerns at Sentral SoBro Nashville I booked Sentral SoBro from Wednesday to Friday and received a call confirming my late arrival, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, everything after that was frustrating. When I arrived around 10:30–11 p.m., the parking process was a nightmare — the app link kept looping and wouldn’t download, likely due to my international number. It took nearly an hour to find QR codes to register my car. The lot felt unsafe at night, with people wandering around and dim lighting. When I finally got to the lobby, there was no front desk staff, only security who couldn’t help. The kiosk said my room wasn’t ready, and the “emergency” numbers listed either went unanswered or rerouted to the same line. I was effectively locked out after midnight until security finally reached someone who came from home to assist. I later overheard they had given my room key to someone else — alarming. Rooms were fine but basic, and staff the next day were indifferent. This property is not luxury and relies too heavily on glitchy apps. Arrive early if you stay here — after-hours support is minimal, and safety and communication are real concerns.
