Everything at night is technology. You can’t get in. When technology fails, your are screwed! They refuse to talk to customers on the phones. Only texts, and remote commands. But when it doesn’t work, you can’t get a key. We slept in the lobby the first night we arrived. They refused to allow me to call them, or then call me. Horrible experience.
Now parking even gets worse. You better know what spot to pick before you get in. They will not allow you to change, although it only would require them to click a computer button. They are lazy. Once you realize you picked the wrong spot, you will be doing some serious walking. Sometimes on dark streets with homeless people everywhere. The parking experience ended my relationship with this hotel. Good luck!
