Poor service
I can’t get anyone to help me. I don’t have a working remote control in the room so we asked the desk for help. He said “he don’t know what to do, they don’t have batteries and pretty much that we just have to do without until tomorrow when the manager comes in. Television service is included in the description. So now my family have been without tv since around 8 pm and won’t have tv u til it’s time to check out ? How is that even fair to me as a customer. Not to mention they have complimentary coffee and tea and he wouldn’t even give us tea bags. His name is brand he is so terrible and I will not be back here again.

It was a comfortable stay, although my husband and I both have trouble sleeping in strange beds. The air conditioning was running when we arrived, but we turned it off and were comfortable with the room temperature. The room had everything we needed, and the hot breakfast in the morning got us going.
