The staff was helpful. However, the room was a disgrace. There was no microwave, which later on, I was told are only included in the suites. There was a leak coming from the bathroom toilet that resulted in water spreading all over the bathroom floor. The place is under construction, which they failed to mention on they’re property. Once all of this was revealed, I was moved to the Homewood Suites next door. This place is undergoing construction as well. I’ve had to be moved to a different room twice while staying at the Homewood. In the first room, the heat went out, to which there was a burnt smell that came with that; almost like an electrical fire. Once I was moved to another room, I could hear the loud banging of the construction going on right above me. So, I was moved to another room. In all rooms, the water pressure kept going in and out. Although I did not stay at the Hampton, it was an awful experience and highly inconvenient.

Couldn’t sleep very good as every time you turned the bed screeched and felt like it was going to break. Dog across hallway barked half the night. Went to take shower and the handle just fell off. Went to turn in keys at 4am and no staff ever came out so assuming they were busy or something else. Since parking lot isn’t finished was told we could park on street so really didn’t feel that safe.

Perfect space for attending concerts or sports events. Clean space, friendly staff. Right across from Charles Schwab Field and very walkable to CHI health center. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great price. Would stay again
