The stay was good, I stayed one day. My nieces got to enjoy the water park area and I utilized the gym which was convenient. The bathtub had hair in it from whomever was there before but everything else was clean!

First of all the parking was terrible. The first thing you will notice is that the spots are small. If you have a full sized F150 size vehicle it is impossible to fit in unless you are a skilled driver. The second thing you will notice is there is not nearly enough spots. They fill up and then what are you going to do. The third thing you will notice is that you now have to register and pay $15 per night for the spot. If you don't register they will charge you $50/day. They don't tell you this on Expedia. The included breakfast? I always make a point to get the breakfast. But as it turns out they tell me I didn't pay for it. Fine I will pay for it then you find out it is $16 per person after you have already eaten. Ok fine but the breakfast was terrible. If it was free I would have complained about it. Then I am standing in line at the front desk and some guests are telling the front desk person how things have been stollen from their room. The front desk it telling them that there is nothing they can do about it. Also there is no manager on duty and there never will be a manager on duty, and they should call corporate. What? Are you insane?

To say our stay here was disappointing is an understatement. We came with a group of 10. 5adults, 5 kids. Upon booking, I chose the "pay later at hotel" option. Our cards were charged before we go to the hotel. Each group was going to pay for our own rooms. One of the adults in our group called on the Wednesday before to make sure that would have joined room and or on the same floor, she was told " it is based off of first come first server, so check in a little before check-in and a note will be made on your accounts." When checking in we were informed our rooms were not joined, nor would we be on the same floor and there were no notes on any of our reservations. The staff told us there was nothing they could do. Also, parking was $15 a day, unless we wanted to park on the street in the front, which was limited. We head to our rooms and when getting off the elevator, we were greeted with the disgusting smell of the trash can outside the elevator, which we smelled every time we got on or off the elevator. The halls were hot and muggy. had a musty smell. The rooms looked clean upon arrival, but also had a gross smell. While sitting on my couch in my room, I see food splatters on the ceiling, and on the walls in different areas. We decided to go to the pool. The pool was freezing! It is not a heated pool. The whole point in picking this hotel was so we could spend lots of time swimming with the kids, NOT. The kids didn't even want to be in the water because it was so cold.

We stayed here to attend the Omaha Fashion Week final show. Since they are next door to one another, we couldn’t beat the convenience. It was really hot upon arrivals and departure and the only real negative is the lack of a/c or any air movement in the elevators. The attached restaurant, Burger Theory also had no a/c. So that to be fixed. The staff was truly amazing - so friendly and helpful. It was a great one night stay.

Parking was a joke, $15 dollars per night and that didnt even guarantee you a spot. No towels ever available at the swimming pool. Water Park was fun for the kids but pretty rusty and hand railings very substantial. Rooms pretty dirty especially around fixtures, tub enclosure discolored with blackened scum.

Everything was great. My only complaint was that I booked this hotel because it said there was an airport shuttle, but I couldn’t use it because it didn’t run until 8am. I had a 7am flight so I had to Uber. I wish the hotel listing was clear about the shuttle limitations. But it was a great hotel and I’ll definitely stay here the next time I’m in Omaha.

U have to pay for parking when you’re staying there. No bell to ring for service so we stood there forever waiting for someone. The towels in the room were stained really bad and should of not been put in the bathroom to use.

The room overlooked the roof with ac units and a wall so no fun there. I would say great for family but they need to invest in the safety aspect in the pool area since the railing on the big slide is all rusting out. The staff was very friendly.
