The room was comfortable and clean. It was in a great location for walking to a variety of restaurants and cocktail bars. You do have to pay for parking. That was not mentioned when we booked online. There is also an extra fee for checking in early.

The parking around was horrible, valet was expensive and the food was not good. Our original room had a leak and room we were placed in had a roof patch in the bathroom where there had been a leak.

A Love Story In Phoenix.
Amazing art, amazing staff. Everyone was helpful. Big love to Angelica, a server on the rooftop. Great location with amazing restaurants nearby. No pool but the views are amazing. Convenient street parking.

Wonderful Place
The hotel was very nice, trendy, comfortable, and clean. The service at the front desk was excellent! They even text me to make sure my stay was going. The location was very convenient. Close to airport and had great places to eat, drink and enjoy all within walking distance.

The hotel has no parking but if you get lucky you can park on the side of the road. On the weekends it’s free but during the week you have to pay on the meter until 10pm after 10pm it’s free.

My new favorite Phoenix hotel. Parking is valet or finding something on the street, otherwise no complaints. Awesome customer service, room was comfortable and immaculate. Felt like a 4 or 5 start place.

Overall I had a good stay. However, the restaurant on the 1st floor was just ok. 1st night I had a NY strip steak that was tough. I ordered it med rare so it should not have been tough. 2nd night ordered a ribeye and had to send back because they cooked it med well instead of med rare. 3rd night ate at the RoofTop Restaurant. Definitely recommend them.
