Internet was almost non existent. I called a couple of times and she had someone reset on our floor. My opinion is with that size of hotel, Wi-Fi should continuously serve all guests. Breakfast was nice except same thing every day. Chairs in breakfast area are in need of replacing, seat cushions very worn and dirty looking.

Wonderful hotel!
We really enjoyed our stay and we will be back. Staff was very welcoming, everything was clean, pool and hot tub were great! Breakfast was a plus and very good. Room was very clean and comfortable! Loved the big shower too!

Room is starting to show its age. Carpet at bedroom door was tore up a little where someone’s dog likely scratched the floor trying to get out. Very noisy the first night, up to about 1am. Had to call the front desk. People quieted down but then hit the wall every once in a while. Other side (310), not sure what their deal was. Same, noisy. Slamming doors. Ice machine across from room was super loud. Could hear it like it was in the room. The sofa bed was unsatisfactory. Very uncomfortable. Very noisy when moving around. That mattress needs replaced with something at least satisfactory. Terrible mattress. Like something you might find on the side of the road. I would pay for quality and not have an issue with it (we usually pay around $500 a night). Stay quality just wasn’t there. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was very good. Like the hotel and the staff but too noisy. That mattress needs thrown away. I don’t blame the staff. I Blame idiot guests. The couch mattress…no excuse for poor quality. Was like sleeping on a piece of toast. Real terrible. TV…couldn’t get the guide to pull up. Never understood how hotel TV is so bad. Overall, couldn’t recommend this place. Great staff and breakfast was great but other stuff just cancels it out.

It is a nice place to stay when you do not want to hear all the noise off the main strip. Good location to access Pigeon Forge and still take a trip to Gatlinburg. Only thing I didn't like was several people had dogs barking and howling next to my room (in their rooms) repeatedly waking me and my children up.

We were greeted by friendly staff as soon as we walked in. Check-in and out was super easy. The room was spotless and housekeeping was efficient at cleaning and restocking towels. The kids loved the indoor pool and we loved the convenient location.

Our first room smelled like dirty dog. We were given another room that was not bad. The whole hotel is pet friendly. No pet free rooms. Could not use pool or hot tub due to lots of kids in both. This hotel is not for us.

Always enjoy staying here! Perfect location, nice folks, clean, and fair price. Hot coffee and cold water always available. I always request a room on the ground floor for allergy reasons and they almost always are able to accommodate me. I’ve recommended them to several friends.

Only one elevator was available for 54. The elevator had to be used by staff with their cleaning cards, guests with their baggage carts, guests with their dogs, in large numbers and guests. The elevator was very slow. They were more guest with dogs and guests without dogs. Dogs barked loudly. The staff had a hard time giving guests to control their dogs on regular basis. The staff did not clean the rooms as well as they should have. trash on the sink counters never regularly serviced the coffee pot area with coffee and condiment packages. On the good side, we had a broken iron replaced when asked for to be replaced. They replaced pillows that were full of lumps inside the pillow. These were things that should have been found by the staff when they cleaned our room before our arrival.

Pet Friendly mens your room smells like a dog.
Booked a room for 5, was given a room for 4 when I showed up. The TINY cot was inadequate for my son. The room smelled badly of dog. Bed were not made during cleanings.
