The hotel located in very convenient location. There is no hotel parkings but it's easy enough to find street parking near the hotel. The room is a bit old but sufficient and clean.

We had an amazing experience. The hotel is centrally located and easy to access bus stops 5 and 6 along with the Main Streets and down town. The staff was friendly and very helpful. It is not luxury hotel but accommodations were comfortable.

This hotel was well situated at the waterfront in downtown Reykjavik with easy access to numerous excellent dining options, shopping options, and sights. Only a short walk to the whale watching excursions, pickup point for inland excursions, and bus to and from airport. Very nice people and fine hotel. The weather was good for here in September, cool, bring warm clothes

Property was clean and the staff extremely friendly and helpful. Only issue is parking. If you’re renting a car the hotel itself only has 5 spots. Otherwise you are either street parking or lot parking for a fee. Would be nice if they could work with the city to get a discount on the parking

About a five minute walk to bus stop 6 for Up Reykjavik and other tours

The bathroom shower was a challenge. It allowed water to run onto the floor. A squeegee was provided to clean it up. The staff was great. The breakfast buffet was very good.

Check in: Front staff was great. Room: The shower flooded my bathroom. I had to leave so upon my return after a long day and seeing Northern lights I returned at freezing room. The maintenance person open windows and left them. I told staff whom seem uninterested and offered nothing for my 2am return to freezing. Roof top bar: Great service. Great breakfasts. Room: Very small but clean. Overall hotel was fine but management needs to step it up as a couple other things happened. The flood should have been addressed. Hoped to return in July but may explore other options!

This was in the perfect location to the town for food & shopping, also bus stops right out the front. We loved the breakfast food and found the room lovely, the bed was comfortable. Room cleaned everyday. Staff were super friendly and very helpful with any questions we had. We will definitely return hopefully next year.
