Just a horrible check in process. I understand that the systems were down when I arrived but it took 6 different attempts to get me a key that worked and each time I went up to the room I had to go back down to the front desk to get another. One of the keys gave me access to an occupied room! I understand sometimes there are nights like these but it was as bad of a check in process I have ever had.

It was good. However, I think I’d be great if there was a coin dispenser in the laundry room and a bench for those waiting for their clothes. I’d also be good to have variety for breakfast.

All staff was very friendly and helpful. Shuttle service was great. Breakfast had a nice variety. Pool was open but hot tub was closed, waiting for maintenance. Overall, it was a great stay.
