Very clean and comfortable. Felt secure. The valet service was great and the guys were super friendly and helpful! The rooftop offers a superb view at night! And perfect location to the best places on the Riverwalk.

Great clean modern hotel in centre of San Antonio 5mins walk from Riverwalk and all the history walkable within a couple of hours in centre. Well work seeing the Cathedral and the Vietnam vets memorial and you must do a boat ride!

A little better prepared…
At check-in our room wasn’t ready due to an alleged mass checkout that morning. Housekeeping was running behind on cleaning all the rooms. We sat in the lobby for an hour before we had to ask again if the room was ready and it was magically ready when we asked. The valet program needed some improvement. It took them on average about 15 minutes to retrieve our vehicle and one time the truck smelled like weed when it was brought around. It could’ve been a better experience.

Great place to spend the night. everything from food to drinks to shopping was within walking distance. Lovely rooftop. You all just need a bar up there and its perfect. Will stay again in the future.

My biggest complaint is that when our room was cleaned, the staff did not restock anything! Not toilet paper, facial cleanser wipes, towels. We had to call down to the lobby to get things restocked.

They did not vacuum the room or the clean the bathroom floor even though I had requested Daily cleaning. the hallway on my floor smelled very must like the carpets had been drenched in water. But the worst were the curtains in the room which were not only filthy but stained with blood- I have pictures.

Property was easy to find and check in was easy. Room was comfortable, bed slept well, only thing I could complain about is that the curtain didn’t close completely and the morning sun found the only crack to come through, which happened to be right across the head of the bed where we slept.

All I have to say is that these are THE BEST pillows at any hotel I have ever stayed at!!! The bed is very comfortable, nice amenities. Keurig coffee machine is amazing so be sure to your favorite coffee/tea pods. The location is great, close to amazing resteraunts, coffee shops, and entertainment. Staff is very friendly and was able to get me checked in promptly even when I arrived early one stay! Valet is great but will charge $40. You ARE going to be paying for parking in SA regardless, so might as well someone do it for you! I recommend this hotel and would stay again

Everything was great. The staff was helpful. The property itself was in great shape. There A couple of things that I want to address, the shower was not cleaned properly. There was still hair on the walls that didn’t pertain to me or my wife was not replaced leaving us less than half a roll but other than that, everything was great we like the location, and the service provided
