Nothing special - OK for a business trip
Worn and outdated hotel but rooms are a good size and largely clean. However, the walls are very thin - I could hear my neighbour as if he was in my room! View was terrible - another building out the back which is also where the train track runs - don't stay here if you are a light sleeper!

Great stay
Our third visit to this hotel. Our date was set due to cruise ship boarding, so location perfect. Short walk to pier. Lots of other attractions within walking distance. Beds and linens super comfortable. Swimming pool great, we used it. Staff friendly. Carpet had been cleaned in our room, and still damp when we checked in. Breakfast good. We arrived the day after a full house convention, so a bit of stress showed, but all good.

Elevators were bad. Parking fee for parking was bad. And long walk to hotel front desk. Room clean. Breakfast in lobby was crazy not clean and furniture was loopy. No access to stairs at all.

Great location to stay at. The elevators are going through maintenance so that slowed things down as only 7 passengers can go at a time. Breakfast is good but there are not enough tables for seating at rush hour. This could also depend on when you visit.

Worst stay at a Hilton I’ve ever had. My disabled husband can’t take stairs and the elevator is having “maintenance done”. It took over 30 minutes to get on the elevator. This was ridiculous! Not to mention we had to call down to the desk both nights we were there because kids kept stopping until midnight in the room above us.

We loved the attention of the staff who were very attentive all the time. The free breakfast was number one with different varieties of food items everyday. The cleanliness of the room was outstanding. We could not ask for more and we would like to comeback to Hampton Inn and have the same wonderful experience.
