3.5/5 This hotel is great for: -easy access to trolley, bus, restaurants and seaport village. -clean -good price -free shuttle to airport This hotel was not great for -noise levels(traffic and 2 different nights woken by neighboring room having parties) -customer service(I twice requested my room to be serviced in person and they never showed up but when I put a note on the door I was immediately called and asked to remove the note so they could clean the room?) -lack of privacy(balconies connected to rooms are right next to each other's balconies with no privacy partition.If everyone is sitting outside we can all see each other and hear each other's conversations)

walking distance to little Italy restaurants and shops. We took a New Year's Eve cocktail cruise from the marina which was right across the street from the hotel. Very convenient and didn't have to drive anywhere my entire stay.

Absolutely amazing hotel! My family and I stayed for 5 nights and the room was cleaned everyday. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Location was fantastic! Great cafe downstairs with a variety of food, drinks and snacks. Would definitely come back to this hotel!

There was no electricity in most of the hotel. Apparently the problem started yesterday. Tower 1 and 2 had no power but they did put me in tower 3 which had lights.Had to walk down dark halls with glow sticks as lights. The rest of the amenities had no power. I want a refund.

This hotel is a must look at for cruise ship passengers. The B Street Pier is literally across the street from Tower III. After getting off the ship before 9am, we walked to the hotel asking if they would hold our luggage until check in. We were checked in right away! In addition to the Cruise Pier, this hotel is an easy walk to Little Italy, and a manageable walk to the Gaslamp Quarter. Many options for dining and shopping.

Comfortable, clean, and we'll maintained property across from the maritme museum and cruise ship launch. Super staff, pleasant and professional. I had two boxes shipped to me in advance if my stay and both were available for pickup when I needed them, delivered with a smile and no extra charge! The onsite restaurant, Claim Jumper, was very good (try the lobster BLT on sourdough toast!) and others across the street were all good, plus it's a short walk to Little Italy. It was a little far to walk to the convention center, but the tram was nearby and taxis Ubers were reasonable. Only issue was the free shuttle to the hotel from the airport took an hour and a half because the first two didn't have enough seats, after accommodating the flight crews they apparently have an agreement with. Still, highly recommended!
