Unique and pleasant
It is a beautiful unique hotel where the staff are helpful and friendly, especially Brenda. The room is clean. The environment is quiet and pleasant. Yet, it will be great if the office hour for the reception will be longer, so we could ask question and enjoy the comfortable lobby a bit longer.

We thought this was a bed and breakfast and was disappointed when we found out it was not. Some of the websites still have it as a B and B.

Pueblo Fantastico
Lovely stay. Pueblo Bonito is a storied property built in the 1870's. Stunning. If the walls could talk. The gentleman who checked us in walked us to our room and was a wealth of information. We were welcomed with such heart and warmth.

Lovely spot for a visit!
The staff was amazingly helpful and friendly, and our room was lovely and well equipped. The location was great - it was easy to get too all the things we wanted to see in Santa Fe from Pueblo Bonita.

Not fancy but very nice and authentic property at a reasonable price close to the RR yard and a 10 minute walk from the Plaza. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

Great down town location.
We enjoyed our two-night stay at the Pueblo Bonito. After our first night, we had an issue with the shower unit in our suite. Thankfully the hotel moved us to another room, fully resolving the issue. Both suites were lovely, comfortable, and well-stocked for cooking simple meals. The office staff were friendly. The location is excellent and very walkable for Sante Fe. This is a historic hotel and as such has some quirks, but it's a great value for staying downtown.

I absolutely loved this place - a little oasis. Situated a few blocks away from downtown, I loved that I could walk there in about 2 minutes, but that it was in a little nook by the capital so it was quiet and away from the tourist noise. Beautiful rooms, lovely staff, would def stay there again.

I had a great stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The property is small, but beautiful. It's the right combination of a rental home and hotel. I appreciated the authentic details as well as the modern amenities. Although there is not much around the hotel, it is within walking distance to all of the sites.
