The room looks a bit dated. The view was obstructed by many buildings to call it a bay view with extra fee but all in all, I enjoyed my stay. Very convenient to walk over to pike market place with many stores to shop nearby. Also having a Starbucks on the first floor is a huge plus.

Concierge was quite knowledgeable about day trips from Seattle. There is a daily hotel fee, but you also receive a credit for the bar daily which you can use to offset the fee. We had housekeeping service every day except Sunday, which I suspect is due to staffing. We ordered room service one morning and the food delivery was prompt and the food was hot. Would definitely stay here again.

I highly recommend this hotel. The staff was beyond friendly! I loved the room we had. I enjoyed taking a bath in the huge tub! It was walking distance to restaurants and shops.
